Registration fees for ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS are charged per accepted paper, for up to three authors. Participation is possible in person or online.
1. In-Person Participation
Standard fee: 180 € (up to 3 authors)
Additional author fee: 30 € per author
2. Online Participation
Standard fee: 90 € (up to 3 authors)
Additional author fee: 20 € per author
Registration fee for PASSIVE PARTICIPANTS: 40 € (covers both conference days)
For all on-site passive participants, attendance will be officially recorded for the purpose of awarding professional development credits by relevant professional chambers. Participants are kindly requested to bring their professional chamber membership card.
Payment for the conference must be completed by 10 May 2026.
NOTE: Conference fee do NOT include bank transfer cost.
The registration fee cannot be transferred to another conference.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of natural disaster, strike, government regulation or any other unpredictable event making it impossible to hold the conference. If the conference has been cancelled, the organizers will only be responsible for returning the participant´s registration fee.
In the situation that a participant withdraws from the conference, the organizer will not refund the registration fee.
